The stairs in (I can't figure out how to make it go not-sideways, so just cock your head to the side for now...)
This is what you see once you get to the top of the stairs... its the living room.
This is the rest of the living room. The stairs are below that half-wall, and behind the stairs to the right of that pillar is a little nook we're trying to figure out what to do with. If you have any suggestions, feel free to let me know, as I'm stumped! (its 4' x 5.5')
This is the living room, and the man to the left is Blake, the pseudo-landlord/caretaker of the properties. He lives about a block away, so it'll be nice to have someone that close by to take care of things! I'm standing in the kitchen, and the window you see at the very back is in my bedroom.

The view outside the front window (over the stairs). Usually there are TWO sets of blinds, but we had a slight mishap and might have ripped one half of the blinds down. Yep. We're that good. Give us 5 minutes after the lease is signed, and we're tearing things apart.
